For security reasons, we don't store your credit card information at all. Not on paper, not electronically, we just don't store it at all.

Any personally identifiable information that we do store (your name, email address, etc.) is encrypted using 256 bit encryption.

We don't currently send out any product marketing information at all unless you specifically ask us for it (and that has been our policy for several years now). That means you don't get any product information, special offers or anything else even remotely marketing related from us. Just plain old messages pertaining to you order. If we ever change this policy then we will ask your specific permission before we send you anything that even has a hint of a 10% off coupon.

If you ever want us to delete your user account from our database, just ask the helpdesk and it will be done promptly. Please remember that every single business in the UK is required by law to keep certain records, for example your invoices.
