April 2013: New Options for Coil/Comb/Wire

The product pages for all Coil, Comb and Wire bound documents have been extensively updated to give you far more options and control over the exact specification of your document.

March 2012: More Digital Press Upgrades

To provide much needed additional capacity, our fourth digital press has now been installed and is up and running. After extensive research Inky stayed with Konica-Minolta and selected their flagship digital press, the c8000. This was ordered with the full Graphic Arts configuration and inline humidification. The image quality is exceptional, especially with photographs, and a significant step forward for digital printing.

January 2012: Large Format Upgrades

This month we've finally finished the long awaited upgrades to our large format printing facilities. Additional new machinery has been installed including the latest HP Latex printer, a superwide 3.5M cutter and the latest Onyx Production House RIP. All housed in a new purpose built "clean room" Large Format production area.

August 2011: Press Upgrades

This month's installation of spectrophotometer based closed loop automated colour control will cut waste even further and increase colour accuracy. The system automatically records and stores the colour values achieved throughout the press run, which is essential for longer term ISO12647 certification.

July 2011: Major upgrades to softback (perfect bound) Books

We've upgraded our bindery to include a new highly automated PUR binder that brings all of the benefits of PUR binding to short and medium run book printing. The system securely binds difficult paper, like gloss and silk and the flexible spine allows books to open flatter. To support this, our web site has also been updated to incorporate many more paper options, plus intelligent software that allows the customer to order cost effective mixed colour and black and white books.

May 2011: New product, Prism Calendars

We're gearing up for even more calendars this year with another online alternative, the Triangular Prism Desktop Calendars.
