The 60 copies of my book arrived today exactly as per schedule.

I am totally impressed with the service, attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction that inkylittlefingers offers to its clients.

As you may know I wanted to get a perfect bound book out as a tribute to my late father , who was a wonderful person.

I needed to get the print run right and right first time because of time constraints. in addition in compiling the book i overshot the deadline by 1 day.

Nevertheless your firm performed flawlessly and the books arrived 2 days before they were needed.

The quality of the printing and the presentation is superb and I am highly satisfied, as are members of my immediate family.

I also left a copy with the funeral director and she was amazed at the quality of the reproduction and the sheer speed at which the book was published.

Thank you so much , for your personal rapid reply to all my queries and your patient guidance through the production process. Your comments regarding word and the A5 sizing were particularly valuable.

It has often been said that in Britain we have no idea of customer service, unlike the USA where they understand the crucial importance of customer service. In the case of inkylittlefingers you chaps are every bit as good , nay better than them across the pond.

Having used local printers for numerous business printing jobs from flyers to catalogues I decided to try letting the internet work for me. A little research produced a range of companies but the one which caught my attention was Inky Little Fingers. What a great decision - their range of printing options, the ease-of-use of their website, the uploading of the images, the proofing and the timed delivery were all easier and much quicker than ‘going local’. The price was exceptionally competitive too and the quality of the job was the best it could be. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
