Metal wire ring bound at the top. Blank white 380gsm card frame, all calendar pages printed
single sided on 150gsm or 200gsm silk paper. Important note: in order to fit into standard size envelopes,
the sizes given are for the FRAME, the LEAVES should be 4mm shorter and 4mm narrower
(see the artwork preparation guide for details).
