Types of Folder
How do you want them printed?
All our folders are printed in full colour as standard. If you specify silk card, then we will automatically apply a clear seal to the printed side(s) of the folder to help protect it.
If you choose "full colour outside", then remember that the flaps will also be printed. When the folders are assembled, the flaps are on the inside. Don't forget, you can order a free sample pack and this will include a folder.
If you choose full colour inside and out then all surfaces of the folder can be printed on.
What Type of Card Do You Want?
These are our stock papers:-
- 300gsm gloss art
- 300gsm silk art
- 350gsm gloss art
- 350gsm silk art
Remember - these are names used "in the trade" and can be a bit confusing. For instance, gloss is not a high gloss like glossy photo paper, it's more a semi or dull gloss. If you want a high gloss, then specify gloss laminate. Silk is matt with a "sheen" to it. Confused? Get a sample pack!
If you want heavier paper, for example 400gsm, then please just ask the helpdesk for a custom price.
Laminating Options
You can choose from a gloss or a matt laminate.
How fast do you need it?
Standard service is 6 working days to print from approval of artwork and we then send it on a next business day courier.
For non-account customers (with the exception of UK government and local government), we do not schedule your job until payment has been made.
We can upgrade the delivery service to guaranteed next business day service or a Saturday delivery at an extra charge. Please ask the helpdesk for a custom price if you need this option. All service times are working days until your print job (and finishing) is complete, don't forget to add time in transit to your planning. Collection from our factory is available BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY.
What proofing do you need?
Your first PDF proof is included in the price of your order. This will be viewable through your admin area of the web site. If you find that you need to make alterations and resubmit your artwork, we do charge �5 for each additional proof.
If you need a hardcopy proof, please contact the helpdesk for a price.
DELIVERY
First of all, please read "How fast do you need it" (above). Other things to bear in mind are that "business days" for the next business day delivery service is defined by the courier company as Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. This is not a guaranteed next day service, though you can pay extra and order this. Although it's not always possible, it's a really, really good idea to build an extra day into your schedule "just in case"!
ARTWORK
These prices are from your electronic original, preferably PDF. If you need artwork designed, please email us with your brief and we will be pleased to give you a quotation.

The latest generation heavy duty lithographic presses using process-less metal plates at 200lpi hybrid screening. Our prices are great, our service is fast and efficient, but the most important thing is that the qualitity is superb!
